Interacts with BMC Channel Operations Analysts, BMC Channel Sales and other internal BMC teams in support of new channel opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Partner agreements: Fulfil incoming standard partner agreement requests received daily, to include the complete drafting and execution for over 7 different types partner agreements and system set up and updates for new and existing partners.
Partner Compliance: Initiate compliance process and provide first line review for Partner compliance program. Identify submitted questionnaires to be escalated for further review to BMC Compliance team.
Partner Incentive payments: submit accurate partner incentive payments utilizing Oracle, able to and meet specific submission deadlines respond and research partner payment inquiries.
Partner Contract database audits: Conduct regular audits of contract data to insure completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate and communicate regularly with Channel Sales Managers in support of their sales objectives.
Develop, maintain, document, and improve processes and ensure sustainable, high quality deliverables.
Recommend ways to improve processes with internal tools, documentation and technology to make daily workflow stable and error-free.
