This role will be under GTM-O CoE


  • Manager and Team Lead to identify the needs and challenges of the GTM Operations Team, aiming to enhance their productivity and drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations Managers (BOMs) to provide timely operational support, enhancing their productivity.
  • Support sales operations activities such as planning, quota management, data reporting and tracking, and data hygiene.
  • Develop strong working relationships with BOMs and other stakeholders to identify operational areas to add value.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize GTM-O processes and scale best practices across regions.
  • Develop and maintain various reports, dashboards, and presentations; analyze data (e.g., pipeline), and provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
  • Manage various communications as part of initiatives involving a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g., BOMs, Sales, Finance, etc.).

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a sales operation's analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales management tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and team oriented.
  • General knowledge of application and sales operations tools.
  • Shift Time - Shift Time –12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST (should be flexible as and when required in future)
