Responsibilities:
- Support all Workday projects, partner with IT organization and ensure process adherence.
- Partner with IT Integrations, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, Recruiting, PMO, Analytics, Finance & other key stakeholder groups as needed for operational support, governance, data analysis and projects
- Develop deep understanding of complex enterprise-wide data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
- Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
- Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years working in a large complex global technology environment, ideally finance services.
- Experience with Workday taxonomies: Core Payroll, NAM Payroll, UK Payroll, Global Payroll, experience dealing with end-to-end PECI processing, and Compensation .
- A demonstrated history around Payroll and HR data, global employee data privacy
- Deep understanding of Workday functionality for a specific area of responsibility: Payroll and Compensation
- Understanding the configuration of calculated fields, condition rules and eligibility rules
- Understanding of integrations although primarily handled by IT team.
- Experience in data analysis withintermediate/advancedMicrosoft Office Suite skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
