Description
Responsible for maintaining configuration and report development in WorkdayPrepare, and conduct mass data loads using Workday EIB templates Provide technical advice and solutions as it relates to configuration by evaluating system workflows and processes Communicate development status regularly, including key milestones, accomplishments, key issues and risks
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of product and technical expertise in Workday
- Hands-on experience performing configuration and report development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Able to work independently, efficiently and stay organized
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
- Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making and prioritization crossing multiple functions
- Experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods to gather user research
- Develop and communicate solutions and options, facilitating informed decision making
- Curious and not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Exceptional skills in communication, problem solving and strategic thinking
- Thrives in ambiguous work environment
- Testing experience a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree is required- Workday certification preferred
