Responsibilities of this role may include:

• Have an understanding of cash transactions as it relates to ATMs, branches, & vaults

• Utilize analytical tools and proprietary software, including spreadsheets & databases to establish and maintain proper cash inventory levels

• Identify cash reduction opportunities

• Partner with Vault vendors, Branch, and ATM stakeholders to seek continuous improvements

• Provide coaching to maintain optimal cash levels

• Produce reports, graphs, and analysis illustrating trends and variances in cash balances

• Identify & implement Vendor / Vault assignments

• Maintain optimal cash inventory levels across ATM and Branch/Commercial inventories

• Analyze and report vault trends, outages, outliers, and shifts in cash/schedule needs

• Analyze accuracy of the forecasting tool and identify adjustments necessary to maintain optimal forecasts

• Research and resolve Fed buy/sell issues

• Provide support with recovery efforts due to unplanned events (i.e. Weather)

• Provide support and/or take lead on process improvement projects & updating documentation

• Gather and present monthly team metrics

• Manage new vault set up projects

The candidate should have:

• Experience in a research intensive role

• Strong analytical skills & ability to work with data to identify solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

• At least 1 year of Process Improvement Experience

• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

• At least 2 years of cash management experience (Bank, Branch, ATM, or Treasury Management)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

• BPM, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
