Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
8+ years engineering/technical experience as an architect, customer success, solution area or delivery expert, technical consultant, or in another cloud related field.
Thorough understanding of Microsoft’s AI and MW Cloud strategies and capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive large, complex programs that deliver high quality outcomes for technical and business-related customer issues.
Experience in orchestrating across matrixed organizations, including at the senior most levels within an organization.
Strong years of experience working in a customer-facing and working with Customer success teams
Excellent interpersonal, group dynamic and customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to communicate at a C-suite level.
Ability to work autonomously and independently within a regionally dispersed team environment.
Strong MW expertise (Large scale Microsoft 365 , M365 Security and compliance, Copilot for M365, M365 Apps (esp Teams, VIVA), Teams deployment, Cloud Enpoint, W365)
MW & Cloud Certifications or equivalent industry certifications.
Experience creating Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customersthat lead to production deployments.
Proficiency in English and local language required.
