What You'll Do

  • Support the design, development, and execution of critical HR initiatives and projects (Performance Management, Compensation reviews, Org Design, Workforce Planning and Design).
  • Play a key role in developing and delivering the HR People Plan
  • Consistent delivery of HR key performance indicators
  • Proactively coaches the HR team to ensure the provision of a value-add HR service
  • Ensures that HR best practice is continuously identified and shared across the network
  • Ensures robust development and succession plans are in place through delivery, talent and performance management processes
  • Delivers timely compensation strategies through strategic planning and governance of related activity to include external benchmarking of local market rates, participation in appropriate forums, etc.
  • Leads key HR projects, ensuring that they are delivered to the business on time, cost and quality standards
  • Promotes a positive working environment through the delivery of an engagement strategy in addition to effective management of procedural issues and provision of expert advice to line management
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to make impactful presentations and facilitate meetings as needed
  • Provide data analysis, metrics, and tools demonstrating progress toward achieving key milestones and help drive strategy

What we are looking for:

  • 8-10 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a global, dynamic, fast-growing technology/software business
  • SaaS corporate sales recruiting experience is a plus; a cybersecurity background is highly desired for this role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior sales leaders
  • Proven organisational, multi-tasking and analytical skills within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Committed to excellent candidate experience and customer service
  • Ability to make objective judgments and decisions using integrity and consistency
  • Dependable, diligent and flexible, a strong team player who handles confidential information with the utmost care
  • Languages: Fluent English is a must and Japanese
