Roles & Responsibilities:
· Serve as a key member of the Startup Business Development team in helping to drive overall AWS market and technical strategy in the startup ecosystem.
· Develop and manage relationships with top venture firms to educate them on how AWS can help their companies scale and grow by leveraging AWS services and go-to-market programs.
· Work with venture partners and associates as their single point of contact for all things AWS and Amazon, helping them understand AWS’ benefits and where there may be exciting opportunities for their startups.
· Work closely with many of the hottest startups to ensure they are successfully engaging with the AWS platform, making sure they have the technical and business resources required for optimal customer experience, and identifying additional opportunities for them to work more deeply with AWS and other Amazon business units.· Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management teams regarding progress on and roadblocks to achieving AWS’ goals in the startup ecosystem.
· Work with and advise account management teams on solution selling and establishing executive relationships in their accounts.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
