Perform research and analysis related to topics such as capital, balance sheet, and RWA from historical financial data and projections, including peers, to support decision-making
Interpret data, identify trends and inconsistencies through research and recommend solutions based on analysis
Collaborate within the team and with cross-functional teams to prepare materials for senior management, governance committees and/or Board;
Assist with the production of presentation materials and/or updates of policy documents to clearly communicate capital policy and capital resources capacities proposals, among others;
Help with managing governance requirements for the Citigroup Capital Committee (EMT-level committee) and associated governance forums’ and ensure compliance with firmwide Standards;
Coordinate the quarterly control assessment process and associated reviews and approvals with Capital Management owners;
Coordinate and liaise with businesses and functions to educate and garner support for project initiatives; and
Contribute and support other cross-functional group projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
4-6+ years of financial services experience in a financial institution or consultancy
Bachelor's degree, in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline
Knowledge of a range of financial products, bank balance sheet including RWA highly preferred
Strong analytic, writing and presentation skills, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
Solid attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
Ability to work on multiple projects under a compressed timeline
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously
