Monitor release adoption and position value expansion by further deploying successful value initiatives

Renew by demonstrating ongoing value by maximizing their usage at the product level
Assess market and customer strategy position growth areas based on targeted value and the SAP solution portfolio and innovations

A self-starter, with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You are highly customer focused, a proactive learner and you enjoy customer success
Very good knowledge of SaaS models and Cloud mindset.
Commercial and/or customer facing (pre-)sales experience including experience developing account management plans & contract negotiation. Experience in Sustainability solutions is preferred.
Multiple years experience managing complex customer engagements.
Multiple years Program and Project Management Experience
Solid experience acting as a trusted and strategic advisor to customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Excellentin Portuguese, Spanish and English - written and verbal - are a must
