Job summary
As a member of Experienced Hire team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles. You will become a part of a high performing team, being expected to share knowledge, exchange good practices and work together on creating added value for our internal clients. We offer a variety of development paths, including employer branding-related activities, process improvements, cooperation with external vendors and taking part in global projects – it depends only on you which path you will choose.
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in developing Employer Branding initiatives, contribute to a wide variety of recruiting community projects and processes
- Prepare periodic reports e.g. time-to-fill, process effectiveness/efficiency, performance of sourcing channels, cost per hire etc.
- Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals and performance metrics through effective use of systems/ database
- Responsible for vendor management
- Serve as a recruiter for assigned business group(s)/ practice(s). Provide end-to-end recruitment support to the broader team on a daily basis, and assist team to address sudden spikes in hiring goals
- Liaise with hiring managers, functional teams and shared services throughout the process to resolve all recruitment issues
- Maintain good working relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a sizable organization
- Highly articulate and able to work across cultures
- A team-player, eager to learn, with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proactive, independent and detail-oriented
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
