Manage and develop your assigned territory: Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Business Unit Strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.
Develop and implement the sales strategy in Mexico City and the surrounding area.
Develop and deepen key customer relationships: Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Build strong business relations between KOL´s KDM´s and Channel partners to develop new business opportunities and create “patient-centric” concept.
What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications-
5+ years relevant business experience, at least 5 years direct sales experience required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Documented sales success.
Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies
Trainings on People management, Business, Marketing.
High skills in data analysis, people management and business administration
The candidate must have results driven, high flexibility and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc..) to resolve customer and sales team requests.
Preferred Qualifications-
Advanced degree MBA
Medical device experience and/or cardiology experience
Sales management experience
Experience with hospitals and in-office selling.
Ability to present value proposition incorporating both financial and clinical impacts.
