Job Description

Your key responsibilities will be:

• To define, monitor, manage and report on omnichannel campaigns
• Together with the agencies, internal collages, and with support of our IT Hub manage all steps of the campaign setup and implementation – you ensure that your ideas are executed
• To define A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
• To work cross-functionally with local and regional teams on various projects
• To be a strong team player who enables and challenges the team members to cherish collaboration and develop them individually

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience within the digital landscape.
• Wide knowledge of digital landscape (not only expert in some channels)
• Experience with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics, especially Salesforce Marketing cloud is a huge advantage.
• Ability to bring digital topics in a way of impact to be a partner for business-oriented team members.
• Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to solve complex problems and drive the change
• A genuine interest in healthcare and desire to be a key stakeholder in the discussion on improving it.
• Empathic interaction with people, enthusiasm, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Czech native speaker, Business English proficient.
