Description:
Provides legal and contractual support throughout contract life cycle (analysis, review, drafting, negotiation flow-down, interpretation of contracts and all related documents, and dispute resolution), in assigned areas of responsibility – specifically negotiating (both in English and Chinese) sourcing contracts (long term purchasing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, etc.) with Asia Pacific (APAC) suppliers in conjunction with APAC Sourcing & Procurement Group;
Prepare and/or update standard sourcing agreement templates for use in Asia Pacific region Identifies and mitigates risks connected with non-standard conditions and proposed changes in contractual documents;
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management;
Focuses on continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance;
Supports Integrated Supply Chain initiatives as required.

Bachelor’s degree.
Law degree is a must.
3 years of legal/contract experience
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Strong Mandarin and English legal drafting and negotiation skills
MS Office literacy

Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions.
Fluency and drafting ability in several languages required.
Attention to detail and ability to work across functions.
Drive efficiencies and process improvements. Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations.
Consistently makes timely decisions balancing information.
Conveys information with clarity and directness.
Strong organization and project management skills.
