- M.S degree in above mentioned disciplines plus 4 years of TFT industry experience
- Proficiency written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on, in-depth technical knowledge, and proven track record on development of various TFT technologies
- Strong device physics background on various TFT technologies: a-Si, oxide and LTPS
- Modeling capabilities via TFT or semiconductor device and/or structural simulation
- Sound understanding of overall display manufacturing control, yield improvement and reliability requirements
- Background in OLED technology, flexible displays, printed electronics and sensor is strongly preferred
- Experience with flat panel display or semiconductor equipment and process (CVD, PVD, ALD, Etch(dry/wet), Photolithography, ELA)
- Experience and knowledge in analytical tools (SEM, TEM, XRD, AFM, XPS, SIMS)
- Experience in statical analysis
