Less experienced than the Credit Services Representative III. Handles moderately complex customer problems and issues for assigned accounts. Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision. Is able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of credits. Has a well-developed expertise/knowledge, but not yet considered to be the "expert" for the assigned area. Has a good working knowledge of the various credit-related products and a good understanding of loan/credit documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues. Is able to perform well in a cross-functional team environment. Typically requires at least 4 to 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset based lending operations team member responsible for quality assurance (QA)
  • QA data elements for booking of facility closings to system of record
  • Review legal documentation, credit approvals and other supporting documentation
  • QA data elements for ongoing maintenance of facility to system of record
  • Review documentation for borrowing base and loan balance reconciliation, tranche, fee and pricing updates
  • Track and follow up on errors and issues detected by QA processes
  • Partner with fulfillment and service operational teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt to change
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications:

  • SharePoint knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Toad for Oracle (SQL)
  • Issues management experience
  • Commercial Credit Fulfillment, Servicing Operations or Lending experience
