About the Role
As an integral Consumer Operations - Growth team member, the Consumer Operations Associate holds a pivotal position in putting the overarching consumer strategy into action. In this role, you will meticulously plan and execute consumer growth campaigns, encompassing acquisition, engagement, and retention, aligning with the company's strategic vision. You will optimize the customer experience by enhancing communication touchpoints throughout the consumers’ Uber Eats journey. With a keen emphasis on innovation, you will contribute fresh and creative ideas to generate excitement with a data-driven approach.
Your Impact in Role
- Consumer Campaigns Initiatives
- Strategize, design, and implement targeted consumer campaigns across various lifecycles, drawing insights from data analytics.
- Execute administrative tasks, maintain operational schedules, and meticulously track and report campaign performance.
- Consumer Relationship Management - Foster and manage consumer relationships through diverse communication channels, including in-app banners, email, push notifications, company websites, blogs, and so on.
- Campaign Optimization - Enhance promotions and communications by implementing experiments and A/B testing methodologies, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
- Competitive Landscape Analysis - Monitor the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to the team for informed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Brand Marketing, Perf Marketing, Public Relations, Legal, etc., to ensure cohesive and successful project outcomes.
- Process Streamlining - Optimize regular workflows by leveraging global resources and systems, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Innovation and Fresh Ideas - Bring a proactive and innovative mindset to the team, contributing fresh ideas and initiating creative events that align with the company's growth objectives.
The Experience You'll Bring
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in consumer growth operations, business operations, marketing, CRM, or similar roles, preferably within tech and e-commerce B2C companies.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality deliverables while infusing innovative ideas into your work.
- Possess proficiency in crafting communication creatives (with design support) and copywriting that are engaging, effective, and compliant with brand and legal guidelines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in organization, planning, and project management.
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A native Mandarin speaker fluent in spoken and written English.
- Expertise in Excel is a prerequisite for this role, and a solid analytical mindset capable of deriving actionable insights from data.
- Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
