AV Solutions Management:

• Assist in conducting and overseeing the facilitation and usage of AV solutions for event-managed spaces and large events.
• Ensure AV solutions meet the specific needs of each event, providing high-quality audio and visual experiences.

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Facilities, and Event Management, to ensure seamless AV experiences.
• Liaise with external vendors to secure and manage AV equipment and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for AV-related matters during events.

Project Management:

• Assist in managing the project lifecycle for AV events and space technology, from planning and design to implementation and post-event evaluation.
• Support the development of project plans and timelines for AV event space deployments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Technical Oversight:

• Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate AV technologies and components for various events and spaces.
• Assist in creating detailed schematics, layouts, and documentation for all AV installations.
• Help oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and quality assurance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and adhere to safety and operational protocols for AV equipment.
• Continuously monitor and improve AV system performance and user experience.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their AV needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Assist in conducting client demonstrations and presentations to showcase AV system capabilities.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal staff on the operation and maintenance of AV systems.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AV.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Contribute to the development of AV standards and protocols within the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Lengthy experience in Audio Engineering, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in AV project management, event technology, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in AV system design, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in AV technology or related fields (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) is a plus.
• Experience with live streaming and broadcast technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.
