Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives to assist in driving the strategic agenda
Highly collaborative; has excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes. The stakeholder ecosystem is broad and includes Finance, Human Resources, Product, Risk, Operations, and Field
Strong project management and organizational skills, with an understanding of, and appreciation for, how marketing operates

Highly-motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and can independently take initiative
Proven ability to lead moderate sized cross functional teams to drive complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction

What you’ll own:
Communications strategy: set & execute an intentional, clear and compelling communication strategy for the CMO within Marketing & Field Analytics, across BC&P, and to senior leaders; this includes a variety of always-on communications (e.g., newsletters, launch updates) as well as ad-hoc (e.g., executive updates)
Talent & Upskilling: help attract and grow its talent by continuing to develop programing for associate onboarding, skill development (e.g., Magnet University), performance management, etc.
Culture: continue evolution of Magnet culture, creating a fun, inclusive team environment that people want to join and stay. Directing all programming (e.g., Town Halls, Offisites), events (e.g., EOY event), budgeting, and ongoing assessment (e.g., AAS analysis)
Strategy support: Partner closely with the CoS and LT to drive the forward leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination. Facilitate the creation of presentations that articulate the strategy to key internal and external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business analysis or strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
3+ years of experience in a Marketing role
2+ years of experience leading horizontal projects in a large, complex and in matrixed organization
