As ato the Senior Leadership Team in Enterprise Services Risk (ES Risk), you will help advance key priorities, coordinate day-to-day operations, and provide thoughtful support across a range of efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership to help organize and drive strategic initiatives, while also contributing to the overall health and effectiveness of the team. You’ll be responsible for supporting key audits in the Tech & Product areas, associate experiences, capacity planning, and helping keep work moving smoothly. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 5 years of experience in project, risk program, or process management
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal stakeholders
6+ years of Financial Services industry experience, preferably working within technology
6+ years of experience as a project or process manager
Ability to communicate effectively with people across multiple levels
Ability to set direction, delegate tasks, manage multiple stakeholder expectations, and coordinate a cross-functional team
Strong communication and relationship building skills, customer focus, and ability to collaborate and influence across teams to deliver
Project Management (PMP) or Program Management (PgMP) certification
Business Process Management Certification, Six Sigma Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification, Agile Coach Certification, or Compliance Certification (CRCM)
