As a Software Engineer on Amazon Live Creator and Tools Team, you will specialize in building highly scalable services that enable the interactive shopping and live streaming experience on Amazon Live portal using Live creator mobile app. You will bring your expertise and ideas in the areas of distributed computing, scalable architecture, performance and metrics reporting to help our fast-paced business grow and evolve.Key job responsibilities
Design and implement large-scale backend infrastructure and API.Architect and provide guidance on building End-to-End system optimized for speed and scale, which also includes, designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.A day in the life
You will work on the backend of Amazon Live Creator mobile App building features that enable video ingestion, stream management and categorization in order to better serve our Amazon viewers with quality streams. You will bring your expertise and ideas in the areas of distributed computing, scalable architecture, UI and mobile design, performance and metrics reporting to help our fast-paced business grow and evolve.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
