QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Product Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or Experience Design Associate, Associate Designer, Product Adoption Associate, UX Software Engineer, Consulting Designer & Researcher, Product Design and Development or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Using at least one design pillar including User Research, User Experience Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, and Product Development; Technical and design research methods, research planning, execution and reporting; map process flows and user journeys; Transforming complex ideas, data and research into actionable insights for informed decision making and problem solving; Driving design discovery, research, goals setting, conceptual design, ideation, innovation, prototyping and testing phases; Planning the work structure including shaping product strategy and project management activities; Making design presentations to technical audiences including leadership showing an understanding of constraints, opportunities and conveying resulting design decisions, and ensuring streamlined design delivery; Working on projects from concept to design delivery and facilitating collaboration; Using one or more industry standard design tools to convey intent including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; and Portfolio highlighting work showing process and contributions.

Full-Time. Salary: $143,300 - $165,000 per year.
