Account Manager, Enterprise Informatics


Your role:

  • Nurture and continuously grow a network of key customer decision makers at our Enterprise Informatics install base accounts, serving as the “face of EI sales” for the account and maintaining a high-touch relationship

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of a customer needs across an account

  • Translate customer needs into an executable account strategy that effectively positions EI solutions to create value for customers

  • Own sales opportunities end-to-end, collaborating with product-focused Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise during key portions of the sales process

You're the right fit if:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets

  • Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.

  • Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)

  • Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles

  • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
