Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, administration, and management of the Informatica platform, including PowerCenter, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and Intelligent Data Management Cloud.
  • Lead and oversee the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of data management solutions using Informatica, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving data governance and integration across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with the Application Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
  • Design Data Integration, Data Modeling, and data concepts.
  • Ability to develop complex relational queries in Oracle/SQL Server to facilitate thorough data validation.
  • Expert in writing Oracle procedures, functions, packages and debugging the code.
  • Meet the deliverables in a tight timeframe with cost effective testing and release cycles.
  • Implement enhancements and customizations.
  • Provide technical support for issues including hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Ensure optimal solution performance, availability, stability, and scalability of the application.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Informatica Developer and Architect, with extensive hands-on expertise in designing and developing Informatica/ETL applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting Windows, Unix/Linux scripting, R, PL/SQL, Java script, Python.
  • Proficient in coordinating with the offshore development and support team, managing maintenance schedules outside of standard business hours, including flexibility of occasional weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • US Remote role and must be able to work in EST time zone.
  • Up to 10% of travel may be required to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficient background in software development and solution architecture on ETL tools, data integration.
  • Extensive experience in a variety of data management roles including data architect, data modeler, database designer, and data engineer.
  • Strong database knowledge in SSIS/SSRS/SSAS (Tabular).
  • Proficient experience with Informatica cloud, Power Center.
  • Strong database knowledge Oracle PL/SQL, tuning.
