About the Role:
As a Senior Manager of Planning and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless planning and operations across EPX. Under the guidance of the Planning & Operations team lead, you will help to establish and implement new planning and operations mechanisms and routines, informed by leadership needs and current best practices across the organization and industry. You will operate in a dynamic environment, focusing on horizontal team coordination and driving key planning cycles and initiatives.
In this role, you will act as a catalyst for change and innovation, working directly under the guidance of the Planning & Operations Lead.
Responsibilities:
Product planning & operations:Work with key executives and partners to establish efficient and effective operational processes tailored to our unique needs. Partner with teams across EPX to get new operating practices stood up, and own the details of implementation to ensure that operating practices are well-run, accurate, and effective.
Presentation & facilitation:Create detailed presentation materials to keep our most senior EPX executives informed on key priorities and enable effective decision-making.
Project management:Proactively identify and escalate operating risks and dependencies to key stakeholders.
Data & analysis:Identify where data is needed to support our operating practices, and develop processes to collect and analyze operational data. Identify and highlight trends and variances in the data to help facilitate leadership visibility and decision-making.
Product practices & governance:Build a deep understanding of the needs of our product teams, and assist in developing standards and best practices for local teams to leverage in their day-to-day operations.

Results focus:Ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel and collaborate with multiple stakeholders while working backwards from intended outcomes. Ability to take a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach from inception through implementation.
Stakeholder management & influence:Ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with key partners to develop and execute operating practices, solutions, and strategic initiatives.
Presentation skills:Excellent presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Operations
At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders
At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s Degree
8+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Operations
3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
3+ years of experience working with product teams
