As a
Key Responsibilities:
Problem Solving & Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and friction points in product development, launch, and operations, and develop innovative solutions.
Work cross-functionally to implement streamlined workflows that enable the team to move faster while maintaining high quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and user feedback to optimize operational processes.
Building Scalable Tools & Frameworks
Design and implement internal tools, dashboards, and automation to enhance product team efficiency.
Develop frameworks and best practices that enable teams to execute with clarity and alignment.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to integrate technology solutions that improve team effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Act as a strategic partner to product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth execution.
Drive alignment across teams by facilitating communication, documentation, and decision-making processes.
Support product launches by ensuring operational readiness, risk mitigation, and compliance with business requirements.
Metrics & Insights
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
Conduct root cause analysis to proactively identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Develop reporting and analytics to provide visibility into product operations and inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
The ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with automation and workflow optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of building tools and processes that drive efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product operations or related roles
Experience in the financial services, payments, or business cards industry.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
