Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage and execute paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive customer retention.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay: $140,000 - $225,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
