Job Overview:

As a Coach for the Expense Solutions team, you will be a technical resource and subject matter expert on configuration modules relating to SAP Concur Travel and Expense. You will work directly with SAP Concur clients to fulfill functional and technical roles in the support of Concur products.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client configuration requirements and manage the completion of requested configuration tasks following Expense Solutions procedures and best practices.
  • Provide scoping and execution on consulting engagements with the customer.
  • Coordinate and organize configuration tasks with all necessary parties including internal resources, clients, strategic partners, and clients.
  • Routinely use excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively interface with external clients and internal departments.
  • Configure SAP Concur products and perform knowledge transfer to the client for the effective use of the system.
  • Manage consulting session meetings and provide communication with next steps to customer.
  • Ensure configuration tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules and meeting milestones.
  • Effectively manage expectations that are set with customers.
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality and timely documentation for all steps and activities undertaken in order to resolve client issues/questions.
  • Maintain a current and thorough understanding of our SAP Concur product suite.
  • Completes other activities and duties as needed.
  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Education, Experience & Training required:
  • 2+ years in Consulting, Project Management, Implementation, or related field with client service experience.
  • One or more years in Technical Support, Implementation or pre-sales role interfacing with customers.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience; Technical Degree Preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Concur products or similar competing products is preferred. Experience with software as a service (hosted) is preferred.
  • Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management tasks in application implementation environment.
  • Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate handling project implementation.
  • Problem solving, analytical mindset

  • Familiarity with financial concepts and systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with Project Management concepts and systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
