Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Develop your knowledge of your client’s business requirements to best configure the system and meet client expectations.
- Assist in identifying usage gaps to increase adoption levels.
- Perform configuration changes as requested by the customer.
- Facilitate manual and automated data imports and exports.
- Make yourself consistently available to assist with customer requests, coordinating communication with clients and Concur technical resources.
- Act as an escalation point, engaging the appropriate internal teams to handle complex issues.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience is desired.
- Previous experience implementing software and/or hosted software applications is preferred.
- Experience with Concur software solutions is required.
- Experience working with Travel Management and/or online booking tools is highly desirable.
- Management consulting or Project Management experience is a plus.
- Spanish or second language fluency is a benefit.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a background check.
