In this role, you'll work directly with a variety of interesting customers and Partners and help them make the best (and sometimes the most pragmatic) technical decisions along the way.You'll have a chance to build enduring relationships with these companies and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. You will also have a solid understanding of the unique challenges Industries face and how technology can empower their businesses.Key job responsibilities- You will hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects. Coach Solutions Architects in the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers and Partners who are considering or using AWS.
- You will scale your Industry expertise by capturing and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS Solutions Architect community.- You will be expected to raise the bar on what is possible with technology, and be willing to convince others of a vision that is best for your Partners, your Industries and your Customers.

- 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
