About the Role
You will be accountable for driving new business acquisitions, managing forecast/ pipelines and executing through the GTM strategies. The ultimate goal is to empower any Mid Market organizations with the essence of Uber.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
- Prospect/pitch/sell, and scale into Mid-Market segments (employee size 250~2,000)
- Deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to our corporate customers
- Develop opportunity and pipeline within a defined territory / book of business
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motions for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close deals
- Ability to prioritize and locate the key decision makers, and prospect with sales velocity
- Work cross-functionally teams to ensure an effective account launch/ meaning close win
- Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition to drive linkage and adoption
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience
- Proven track record of crafting narratives and conduct value selling to drive new business acquisitions
- Passionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions Selling, Corporate Travel, ESG, and HR tech related domains.
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets.
