What You'll Do
- Proactively Source Candidates : Use sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Build Talent Maps and Insights : Develop competitive talent intelligence and share market insights with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Own Candidate Experience : Maintain high standards of communication and experience throughout the application process.
- Partner with Hiring Teams : Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Track and Report Progress : Maintain sourcing activity data and contribute to regular reporting and improvement of sourcing metrics.
Basic Qualification:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working with job boards
- Talent Search: Proven ability to conduct effective talent searches across various platforms.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Skilled in identifying and sourcing talent through LinkedIn.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience : sourcing experience in a high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environment, preferably in a tech/non-tech or startup ecosystem.
- Market Intelligence : Strong ability to conduct industry and competitor talent mapping and deliver insights to influence hiring strategies.
- Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated success in managing relationships with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- ATS & Sourcing Tools : Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search).
