As the Chief Financial Officer (Senior Director) of the HoneywellThermal Solutions business unit, you will hold a critical leadership position,responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies todrive the growth of the business. In this role, you will partner closely withthe Business President and senior executives to identify opportunities forbusiness expansion and optimize operational efficiency. Your expertise infinancial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in developingstrategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive revenuegrowth. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of theorganization and ensuring long-term profitability.
You will report directly to the CFO of the Smart Energy andThermal Solutions division and you will work out of our Houston, TX location ona hybrid work schedule.
• Developing and executing comprehensive financialstrategies to drive business growth
• Partnering closely with the Business President and seniorexecutives to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to driverevenue growth and optimize operational efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop andexecute business plans aligned with overall business objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators totrack business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Providing insights and recommendations to drive long-termprofitability and mitigate financial risks
• Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with keystakeholders, including senior leadership
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, andstrategic plans to senior executives and the board of directors
• Driving financial performance, ensuring compliance withfinancial regulations, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance orrelated roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategiesto drive business growth
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield
• CPA or relevant certifications preferred
• Strategic thinking and a proven ability to drive financialinitiatives
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
