Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and business support for Citi Applications, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Maintain and support applications, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality.
• Conduct start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handovers.
• Perform same-day risk reconciliations and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess and escalate risks and impacts of production issues.
• Partner with development and support teams to prioritize bug fixes and tooling needs.
• Participate in application releases, from development to production deployment.
• Act as a liaison between users, internal technology groups, and vendors.

Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and issue tracking/reporting experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of problem management tools and good technical skills.
• Ability to plan, organize workload, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment.
