Assigned as a permanent hire to the Global Capital Markets department within Global Corporate and Investment Banking, this Associate role is based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will actively participate on origination efforts and pitches for Syndicated Loans, Leveraged Loans and High Yield Bonds, across APAC region. The candidate will also be fully involved in execution of live deals. As a junior associate within the team, heavier responsibilities include financial analysis, LBO modeling, evaluation of comparables, creation and development of client presentations, structuring and execution activities. As the candidate develops his or her client relationship skills, the candidate will progress to assume business development or product advisory and specialist responsibilities. Credit knowledge and modeling abilities considered a pre-requisite for the job.
