Roles and Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for net new strategic deal origination in the referenced geography, covering the existing SEI portfolio, aiming at big strategic deals
  • You formulate and execute strategy for the targeted accounts, design proposal strategy and sales agreements. You formulate deal structure, pricing, proposal development. You lead customer negotiations and identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth
  • You interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services. You keep yourself informed of industry trends that may influence work
  • You use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers
  • Based on your ability to assess quality of information given you ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers and are able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and are able to construct and provide recommendations
  • You use multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help come to a decision
  • You build and strengthen GEHC internal relationships in the Country, representing the SEI business locally, by engaging and participating in the Region Operations Committee
Required Qualifications
  • You bring significant experience in Sales & Digital Sales Management and Proposals
  • You understand the market dynamics and have a background in Healthcare Imaging
  • You have a solid knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups, as well as new technologies such as AI, GenAI, Cloud...
  • You have a strong commercial awareness, and are able to influence the development of strategies for the sales territory in regards of new customers and big strategic deals
  • You know and understand KOLs within the industry
  • You are aware of strategies for the different segment of customers in the Region, both private and public, in terms of digital transformation
  • You are experienced in navigating in a multinational environment and strategic selling
  • Fluent in English and German in written and spoken
Desired Characteristics
  • Master´s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
