What you'll do

As an Account Director – Schwarz Gruppe (f/m/d) at SAP, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term customer relationships, driving customer innovation, adoption, delivering value via SAP solutions, and ensuring that customer business objectives are met.

  • Account Management is our foundation for the success of the Schwarz/SAP Partnership to build E2E strategies and take them to the next level of our SAP Cloud strategy.
  • Your strong Industry and SAP Solution background will support the current RISE program with a focus on general upsell and public cloud potentials.
  • Utilize expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  • Focus on adoption and consumption, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in close cooperation with SAP Services, Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the (virtual & extended) account team and coordinate all roles across the customer, for both content and strategy.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP solution portfolio with detailed understanding of the support processes and organization.
  • Development and implementation of an 3y+ SAP strategy for account development, opportunity management and customer.
  • Driving and ensuring annual sales in cloud, license, consulting and software maintenance and also significant growth in all areas by increasing the SAP footprint within the customer

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience supporting and leading sales cycles and/or transformation projects in large accounts.
  • Strong diplomatic and political skills at all levels, as well as experience in de-escalation management.
  • Excellent understanding of the SAP product and service portfolio and strong market and industry knowledge in the Retail/Consumer sector.
  • Proven ability to manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Strong program/project management and commercial/deal support skills, especially in the field of AI & Business Analytics, Cloud & E-Commerce
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both German and English
