Primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end process of 'Environmental Design' for Thought Leadership Strategic Forums, LOB/Industry Conferences, and other tentpole Sponsorship related events/activities
Global lead with intentional focus on marketing designs and builds that elevate brand awareness and enhance client engagement across the franchise.
Partner with key line of business marketing leads and senior stakeholders to ensure creative designs, programming activities, messaging, and overall environment is aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with outside & internal agencies/teams to develop and ensure briefs, concepts/designs, programming/events and activation plans, contracts, marketing materials, creatives, and timeline deliverables are met consistently
Apply event planning/program management knowledge, learnings and industry expertise in Investment or Corporate Banking in the development of these creative designs and events.
Work with the team and internal partners to ensure all activities meet objectives and resources optimize budgets by leveraging industry/internal ‘best practices’
Executes designs/events within approval process, budget allocation and on time
Manage and coordinate tracking and analysis of metrics with key Client Marketing and LOB stakeholders to assess overall ROI
Provide on-site oversight, agency and design management - global travel and evening hours required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent work experience
5 years of marketing experience in investment or corporate banking with 2+ years of event and project management
Financial services industry and or Marketing Agency experience (preferred)
Superior project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Excellent communication and digital skills with strong problem solving acumen
Proven team player who works hard, is both a team and individual contributor
