The Senior Implementation Lead Digital Resilience is a senior role within the Digital Resilience Team responsible for leading Programs around the globe to implement a digital resilience strategy. This role requires an in-depth and applied experience in leading programs of scale with
demonstrated experience in process design and execution.
This individual will be responsible for driving the firm’s efforts to assess Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
and ensures implementation in compliance with its requirements across Enterprise functions.
This role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to influence leaders throughout the Enterprise to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of global programs.
Responsibilities:
Drive the development of an Enterprise-wide framework to address Digital operations resilience requirements globally.
This includes incident reporting, digital operations resilience testing, cyber and third-party resilience capabilities.
Chair necessary forums and working groups for managing Digital Resilience requirements and create (or enhance) a firm Policy and Standard.
Partner with 2nd Line, Risk management and ICRM, to ensure healthy challenge.
Establish and maintain Cluster relationships to ensure Digital Resilience
requirements are understood, assessed, and implemented according to methodology.
Create a change management process to ensure Digital Resilience frameworks are up to date and future changes are accounted for.
Work with regulatory bodies and build industry connections to stay abreast of best practices.
Closely track and project manage self owned as well as stakeholders workstreams, address issues and escalate appropriately were required.
Prepare and present senior management as well as regulatory reporting on program status and progress.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in rolling out programs of scale, coordinating multiple stakeholders and work with business partners, ideally in order to meet Regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, concise updates that align to broader Initiatives at Citi.
Demonstrated leadership characteristics, and management experience, including but not limited to the ability to positively influence and motivate senior groups of individuals to maintain a positive work environment through change.
Deep knowledge in Operational and/or Technology processes.
Understand resiliency requirements to address and compensate various threat scenarius.
Work in a global organisation on a Citi wide Digital resilience standard. Connect with industry partners as well as regulators to develop a robust framework which meets regulatory as well as client and product objectives around the globe.
