The Change ManagementProgram Management Lead
In this opportunity as a Change Management Program Management Lead, you will:
Responsibilities:
Proactively gather business requirements from stakeholders to enrich and build the tooling backlog for planned releases.
Plan and prioritize releases based on available story points from the Technology Team.
Develop and manage CEAM capabilities roadmap for each quarter.
Partner with Technology Team (Business Analysts, Developers) on delivering Change Management tool enhancements and systems integrations.
Translate business requirements into accurate Jira EPICs and User Stories and perform reviews with stakeholders.
Contribute to technical design sessions and walkthroughs to ensure business requirements are correctly mapped to the expected design and outcomes.
Coordinate and engage in business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders and obtain signoffs.
Manage changes to the business requirements, EPICs and user stories and keep all artifacts accurately maintained in Jira and Confluence.
Engage with stakeholders and Technology Teams to plan and resolve defects for each release.
Perform production deployment checkout testing (aligned to weekend deployments).
Prepare release documentation (production release notices, post-production deployment notices).
Manage all tooling related information on Confluence, including creation and management of Confluence forms, Jira integration, reports, widgets etc.
Assist with updates to Tooling User Guide and engage in ad-hoc Change Management Tool product demos.
Prepare and lead status updates at product status meeting and at monthly Tooling and Adoption forum.
Prepare status reports for senior leadership to track progress, issues, risks.
Other tooling related activities as prioritized.
Qualifications:
6+ Years Technical Program/Project Management experience.
3+ Years of Technology Product Management experience, specifically working with an in-house developed software product and tech teams.
3+ Years of Business Analysis experience in technology preferred.
3+ Years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry preferred.
2+ years proven/advanced experience working with both Jira and Confluence.
Proven experience working with Technology SDLC Delivery/Agile Delivery.
Must have strong business requirements gathering experience.
Must have strong experience translating business requirements into written Jira EPICs and User Stories.
Technology and automation mindset, focusing on ways to continuously improve.
Ability to write clear documentation (User Guides, Meeting Minutes, PowerPoint presentations).
Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task priorities simultaneously.
Sense of urgency to complete tasks to meet release deadlines.
Continuous process improvement mindset preferred.
Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations, lead and present at meetings and forums.
Ability to learn quickly, deal with changing priorities, and ambiguity.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience,
Master's degree preferred
