Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sustainable training solutions, using solid instructional design methodology (including adult learning theory, interactive activities, and competency-based evaluations) to ensure training solutions are effective and align with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Understand the unique needs of legal, security, product, engineering, and other business teams (goals, products, tools, process) in order to produce effective and relevant learning strategies and deliverables
  • Produce and revise training materials to keep course materials current and match organizational needs
  • Create, design and develop rigor in tests for certification of learning in Storyline
  • Create, design and develop gamified e-learning in Storyline
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance process
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to define security risk and compliance requirements for training and awareness initiatives
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to develop internal communications strategies and training materials for their respective areas
  • Drive cross-functional and effective communications throughout the learning development program lifecycle, providing the visibility and transparency required to ensure cross-functional team and stakeholder alignment
  • Provide proactive and reactive messaging that supports key initiatives and program rollouts
  • Identify program risks and drive the implementation of recommended mitigations
  • Develop, define and report on program health and success metrics, including learning effectiveness metrics and retention measurement
  • Write technical requirements as needed

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: $81,120 - $109,200.

Qualifications
  • Two-plus years of experience or an equivalent academic background in adult learning, instructional design, or a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including the ability to program complex interactions, variables, and triggers to create highly interactive and gamified learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of gamification principles and experience in designing and implementing game-like elements within e-learning modules.
  • Strong graphic/visual design skills for content creation. Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • Experience driving projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes
  • Strong technical and creative writing skills
  • Demonstrated understanding and execution of requirements to develop learning courses end-to-end (analysis all the way to post-training assessment)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with clear experience focusing under pressure
  • Proven track record on projects that translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand articles
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills; demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience using AI tools for writing and video creation
  • Experience being independent, results-oriented, and thorough in examination and analysis
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and partner teams, especially in collaborating with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies, including subject matter experts
  • Experience adapting to dynamic situations and proactive work ethic
  • Experience managing competing priorities and simultaneous/concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in Agile approach, persona-based learning is preferred
  • Familiarity/experience with compliance programs such as GDPR, ISO27001, SOX, SOC 2 and PCI is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experiences of Information Security will be a distinct advantage
  • Master degree in Instructional design technology, education, communication or any discipline requiring mastery of written communication skills or equivalent work experience
