What does business development involve?
- Assist Sector leaders with go-to-market strategy development and execution across service lines.
- Organize, conduct, and document internal meetings.
- Coordinate external client meetings and presentations with account teams.
- Support Pursuits Coordination office for Sector pursuit teams.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Arrange cross-country and regional meetings and events, both in-person and virtual.
Overview of Key Account Management and Support
- Gain understanding of EY industries, services, accounts, and BD methods.
- Assist with key account plans, pipeline updates, relationship management, and client experience interviews.
- Encourage proper use of EY pipeline and contact tools.
- Support Key Account Leaders in preparing internal meetings.
- Maintain account data for accurate performance reporting.
Marketing and Communications
- Support external communications and event promotion to showcase our brand and expertise
- Participate in the “Entrepreneur of the Year Luxembourg” program
- Promote thought leadership and external publications
- Provide ad-hoc assistance for events and special projects
- Draft industry articles, brochures, and one-pagers
Skills and attributes for success
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish or German is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at networking with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Curious, purpose-driven, and able to work independently
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and project coordination skill
