What You’ll Do:

Coaching and Development:

  • Mentor and coach SDRs to improve their skills in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to provide feedback, identify strengths, and address areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's knowledge and performance
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages growth and collaboration

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the SDR team, who are located in various regions - LATAM, UK & Israel, to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs
  • Monitor daily activities and performance metrics to ensure the team is meeting expectations
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share best practices, and address any challenges
  • Facilitate career development and progression for SDRs within the organization

Operational Excellence:

  • Utilize data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize SDR processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track team performance, pipeline health, and lead conversion rates
  • Implement and refine processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts

What You Have:

  • 1-3+ years experience in a similar leadership role, preferably at a software or technology provider, ideally selling SaaS products
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills and ability to motivate employees
  • Previous experience in a sales or sales development role, consistently achieving KPIs
  • High communication capabilities and an ability to manage across multiple locations
  • Previous experience with sales software e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, data enrichment and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to communicate with team members in a positive and approachable way
  • Ability to multitask within a hyper-growth sales environment
  • Experience with both mentorship and hands-on leadership, including recruiting, onboarding, and training SDRs
