Job Description

As

Your Role:

• Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools and organizational skills to support them in maximizing our business and opportunities

• Supporting the commercial presence for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects, in order to maintain good insight in the market and be able to optimize the support

• Receiving, registering, and providing clinical service support to the requests or problems coming in from all channels and communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines. Solutions are provided both remotely or onsite - walking clinicians through particular procedures, assisting remotely and offering guidance on optimizing the system clinically.

• This role handles complaints (safety & non-safety related) & escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration and action.

You're the right fit if you have:

• Graduate degree level as radiographer/biomedical engineering or equivalent.

• Prior experience in Cardiovascular clinical activities.

• Prior experience of 2-3 years in customer facing role within a medical business.

• Fluent English and Italian.

• Strong interpersonal/networking and communication skills, customer oriented attitude, presentational skills.
