What you'll do
In this diverse role you will be responsible for:
- Organizing team SharePoint and other internal knowledge repositories
- Supporting the team with PMO and admin responsibilities (e.g. meeting notes, file structuring, updating tracking documents)
- Creating high-quality, engaging internal/external content
- Supporting communication activities related to specific Security & Compliance event planning and execution
- Conducting data analysis and assisting in the planning activities of the office
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Bachelor’s in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Interest in SAP’s portfolio, security and cloud compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset
- Prior office experience is a plus but not required
