This role requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, and strong communication skills in both Korean and English, along with a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teamwork. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure that business objectives are met quickly and effectively.

What you'll be doing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, proposing solutions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships.
  • Continuously monitor performance using various BI tools and conduct in-depth, multi-angle data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize monetization strategies.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven recommendations on campaign optimizations and monetization strategies tailored to each client’s unique business context.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Ad Support—to resolve them promptly and effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams—Sales/Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Marketing—to ensure alignment on priorities and execute business goals seamlessly.
What we're looking for
  • Fluent in both Korean and English, with excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, ideally with exposure to rewarded video or offerwall formats
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, solve operational issues, and drive monetization growth
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver results
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced, data-informed environment
You might also have
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Previous experience working at a mobile app publisher or developer, with hands-on involvement in monetization or user growth
  • Prior experience in international or cross-cultural teams, especially within the mobile or gaming industry
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese or Chinese, in addition to Korean and English
