Records and Information Management Super Region Leader - Europe West
Accountable for adaption and execution of Global RIM program and initiatives across Super Region, including:
• Compliant data lifecycle management
• Consultation and advise on technology, quality, and compliance
• Awareness and learning
• Monitoring and testing in accordance with EY’s compliance monitoring framework
• People and performance management
• Communicating RIM risks, strategic needs and opportunities, and recommending program enhancements
Your key responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor accountable for adaption and execution of Global RIM program and initiatives across SR
• Lead MF teams and build EW teams to further integrate and let all resources work cross-country that country needs are served at the most efficient and effective way possible
• Advance RIM program growth and maturity in the SR and strengthen compliance and program sustainability through monitoring and testing in accordance with EY’s compliance monitoring framework
• Track use of relevant Service Delivery tools, designated storage locations, and archives by the SR / MF SL
• Facilitate periodic and routine disposition of eligible records and information (data)
• Steer secure disposal of records and information services
• Serve as a Point of contact for third party off-storage (paper) contract management
• Serve as a business advisor and the primary point-of-contact in the Super Region for RIM-related matters
• Lead Super Region RIM network community - chair meetings and prepare decisions for all risk mitigation
• Deliver learning in key areas of RIM policy, industry guiding principles and leading practices, and EY compliance reporting
• Drive change and evolve RIM at the SR and MF level to address RIM issues and collectively enhance the effectiveness and risk management of RIM globally
Skills and attributes for success
• Experience in the delivery of risk and compliance programs
• Background in Data Governance / Records and Information Management
• Proven track record of leading programmes that are cross-functional and cross-border
• Effective and engaging communication, including the confidence to influence and inspire local leadership teams across business functions
• Professional curiosity to explore a complex and dynamic risk landscape
• Organisation, prioritisation and personal agility to respond to evolving requirement and dynamic environment.
