Enhance and develop controls in support of the Teva Global RIM Program
Develop and maintain RIM related policies and procedures
Retention Schedule management and maintenance
Electronic Records Management
Records Destruction support and expertise
Maintain and deliver RIM Training Programs
Business Unit RIM support and guidance
RIM Program Monitoring
Manage relationships with external vendors for offsite storage and digital archiving.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Library and Information Systems, Information Technology, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. RIM qualifications a plus
Proven experience in records and information management or related fields, preferably in a regulated environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities
Ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures and time-zones
Proficiency in the English language is a must
