What you'll do:
As an HR Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing SAP employee data according to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will be done through SAP software such as SuccessFactors. The efficiency and quality of our work is critical because all processes, stakeholders, and decisions depend on the data we manage throughout the entire employee journey. Your daily tasks include:
· Generate employment contracts for candidates and create employee profiles for new hires in SuccessFactors (HCM).
· Manage employee personal data changes, such as marital status, bank details, etc., in APAC region.
· Update employment/career changes including, but not limited to, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
· Process payment requests for employees from other HR functions.
· Develop a deep understanding of HR processes to serve as an advisor to customers while providing an excellent service experience.
· Perform quality checks on maintained data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
