As afocused onLicensing Strategy, you will be at the forefront of how Microsoft defines, enables, markets, andleading our generative AI initiativesto enhance audience experiences with Microsoft licensing.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years product management, product marketing, UX design or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience
• Experience increating, organizing, and managing the delivery oflicensing orequally complexpolicycontent
• Understanding of software/technology industry licensing concepts, monetization, andapproaches
• Experience leading and coordinating project teams to deliver oninternaltools development, including articulating business requirements, use cases, scenarios, business processes, andworkflows
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop tight, collaborative relationships in an efficient and iterative

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years product management, product marketing, UX design or related experience or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field
  • OR 6+ years product management, product marketing, UX design or related experienceANDMaster's Degree in Business Administration(MBA),Juris Doctor (JD)or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
• Experienceincontent creation and content management strategies to train Large Language Models
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing and commercial agreements
